PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
We are a fun, creative and busy media company based in Camden and we're looking to recruit an Senior Account Manager to join our talented team.
The successful candidate will get involved in a different range of exciting projects and activities, which range from customer service, marketing, and statistics, to being responsible for organising and monitoring different campaigns, for creating advertising initiatives to attract new partners, and for managing existing ones.
RESPONSIBILITIES/KPIs FOR THE ROLE
Under the supervision of the Senior Account Manager you will organise and track different campaigns across several markets and products, optimise our earnings through analysing data and different metrics associated to each campaign, negotiate deals with new and existing partners, duties, assist finance with payment discrepancies.
You will also work closely with our partners, which means that you will need to have outstanding customer service and communication skills. Good multitasking and time-management skills are crucial to be successful in this role, as well as an ability to think creatively, to pitch new ideas, develop innovative strategies and demonstrate great problem-solving skills.
