Front End Developer


We are looking for a motivated, organised and driven Front End Developer who will enjoy working for a fast-paced, dynamic, hip and creative media company based in Camden.

We are a highly skilled and tight-knit team that enjoys working together to achieve our goals. In this role you will become a key part of our Tech team and become responsible for building, expanding and further improving our wide portfolio of websites. 



In this role you will:

  • Brainstorm ideas in order to improve certain elements of each site, as well as further implement ideas using HTML, PHP, JavaScript and CSS.
  • Build new sites by working collaboratively with our different internal teams, from SEO and content, to conversion and design, to create specific elements.
  • Update the content section of each website using HTML, PHP and CSS.
  • Recognise opportunities for improvement of current websites reviewing SEO, content, coding and other aspects.
  • Work closely with designers, coders and writers to update websites and help organise the creation of new websites.

  • Self-motivated, well-organised, a team player, and detail-oriented.
  • Willing to give and accept constructive feedback, and be willing to try new ideas, learn new skills and experiment with different ways of accomplishing tasks.
  • Able to take on a task and see it through to completion without immediate input.
  • Confident in efficiently managing your time.
  • Capable of working on numerous projects simultaneously.

Technical Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
  • Basic knowledge of PHP and its built-in functions.
  • WordPress knowledge is a bonus.
  • Have an understanding of Databases (MySQL).
  • Experienced with FTP servers.
  • Knowledge of GIT and have previous experience using it.
  • Understand UI and UX fundamentals.
