Talent Acquisition & People Executive

The long-term goal for this role is to undertake business-partner activities from a People perspective, including responsibility for identifying hiring needs, attracting candidates, onboarding activities and supporting career development opportunities for key digital teams, offering amazing career growth to the successful candidate.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

 

Talent Acquisition:

  • Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager to support delivery of the recruitment roadmap.
  • Play a key role in direct sourcing activities, utilising channels such as online CV searching, reviewing job applications, LinkedIn etc.
  • Build strong relationships with our recruitment partners and be the point of contact for their specific agencies.
  • Ensure all external posts are up-to-date, including various channels such as our website, job boards and social media.
  • Schedule interviews and perform administrative tasks throughout the interview process.
  • Keep the ATS up-to-date.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to organise interviews and skills tests including giving feedback to candidates in a timely manner.

People Operations:

  • Provide projects support to the Head of People Operations and undertake your own small People-related projects.
  • Provide day-to-day support to the department, undertaking all administration tasks, so that the People-Ops Manager has more time available for Talent Management activities.
  • Be a champion of the Core Values.

 

PROFILE

To succeed in this role you will need to: 

  • Have at least 1 years’ digital recruitment experience, ideally agency side.
  • Demonstrate good planning and organising skills.
  • A hunger and desire to complete tasks.
  • Excellent communicator; confident and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail when producing written documents.
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Aspire to grow your career in the field of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) or People (HR).
